(蛋奶素) (炙烤) 素蔬塊 Veggie Nuggets & Day 60




開學開學第二天的午餐~素蔬塊~



Ingredient:
small- medium size Organic Russet potato 3-4
Organic white sweet corn 1 Cup
Steam Organic broccoli 2 Cup
Steam Organic Carrot 4
Salt a pinch
Organic black pepper a pinch

For egg wash
Organic white bread crumb 2 Cups
Organic white flour 3/4 Cup
Organic Egg 3 


Instructions:
Steam potato along for 20 minutes. In another cup steam carrot for 10 minutes, and then add in broccoli for another 10 minutes. Use a fork or the mash potato presser to mash the potato, do not use the food processor. Use the food processor to process carrot, corn, and broccoli. Then mix all 4 ingredients together, and add some salt and pepper. Flat them to about 1 and half inch on a cookie sheet, and then freeze them for 1 hour. Take out your favorite cookie cutters, here I used heart shape, and flower shape. Use them to cut the patty out. Take 3 bawls for flour, eggs, and bread crumb, dip your nuggets in the order of flour, eggs, and bread crumb, and line them up on your baking sheet. Anytime your mixture become soften, just put it back to the freezer for 20 minutes, and then you can take it out to work on it again. 


Broil 2 minutes on each side
