香草優格水果蛋糕 Vanilla yogurt fruit cake
♥ 香草優格水果蛋糕 ♥
【基本蛋糕體材料】圓形防沾脫模式烤模＠26cm
用料:
蛋黃6粒
糖175g（保留50g加入蛋白）
麵粉 150g
奶油 90g
香草精1t
蛋白6粒
一點鹽（加入蛋白）
【香草優格夾餡】
吉利丁粉1包
香草優格 2 大杯
I can't find 吉力丁片 here, so I used the powder version.
It was really tasty, the 優格part tasted different, it's a great experiment and experience.
